What are the shipping options and costs? We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0

Note: Some items may qualify for free shipping automatically. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order processing.

How long does it take to process my order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Products & Orders

What types of night lights do you sell? We offer a wide range of night lights including: bedside lamps, plug-in night lights, LED ambient lights, kids’ night lights, touch lamps, color-changing lights, and more. All products are chosen for quality, safety, and modern design.

Are your lights safe to use overnight? Yes. All our night lights meet US safety standards, use low-heat LED technology, and are designed for long-hour use in bedrooms.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How do I return an item? Contact our support team with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
